For the final weekend of the COLOURS festival, Eric Gauthier and his troupe have been personally invited by state prime minister Winfried Kretschmann to stage an event in the beautiful park surrounding the Villa Reitzenstein, the seat of the Baden-Württemberg government. Visitors and the hosting politicians will be treated to a varied programme which includes a stage show by Gauthier Dance and mini-workshops designed for spontaneous participation by dancers both young and old, ballet stars and future cabinet ministers. In front of the imposing three-winged sandstone villa, shaded by redwoods and ringed by fountains, the audience can enjoy a wonderful view over the dance city of Stuttgart to the sounds of classical music.
The dance programme takes place between1 pm and 4 pm. The park is open to visitors all day.
