(Ashford / Great Britain)

German premiere

Have you ever wanted to immerse yourself in the dreams of other people? Now the British company AΦE is offering audiences the chance to do so with its interactive film/theatre/installation experience WHIST. Via virtual reality headsets the unconscious reactions of the audience guide the story of three characters that unfolds in a surreal world. A completely new format, a new type of experience based on Sigmund Freud’s theory of dreams, a blurring of the boundaries between physical and digital worlds facilitated by dancers, an interactive 360-degree panoramic film, a 3D audio design – and the uncanny power of our imagination

The performance is promenade and audiences are required to wear Samsung Gear VR headset and headphones.

For people over 18 years old

Choreography: Aoi Nakamura, Esteban Fourmi (AΦE)
